Bears the first major design change to America's small-size $20 Federal Reserve notes. Printed at the Fort Worth facility, designated by the small "FW". When a note is damaged during manufacture, it is replaced by one bearing a star beside the serial number. These notes are much scarcer than regular issues. Portrait of Andrew Jackson is positioned off-center, with a view of the White House on back. With green seal and serial numbers. Withrow-Summers signatures.
